Erik Thoreen is a seasoned real estate executive, formally with Hudson Pacific Properties, with over 14 years of experience leading high-value, cross-border investments and large-scale developments across the US, Canada, and Europe. He has driven more than £16 billion in global real estate transactions, excelling in structuring complex deals, leading joint ventures, and driving strategic market expansions. His deep expertise in multiple real estate sectors—including office, mixed-use, retail, residential, and film studios-provides a competitive advantage through a vast network of relationships. He is a graduate of the University of Southern California.

  Michael Provost spent over 17 years at DivcoWest Real Estate Investments, most recently as Senior Managing Director overseeing investments in the Southwest as well as select transactions nationwide. Over that time, he resided in Boston, San Francisco (HQ), Austin, and spent the last 12 years opening and managing the Los Angeles office, and was responsible for all investment, development, and operational activities in the Southwest region. During his tenure, he oversaw the acquisition of approximately 6 million square feet while deploying $1.2 billion of equity, and directly worked on over 50 transactions worth more than $8.5 billion in consideration. He is a graduate of Williams College.
