Born out of two friends with over 35 years of combined institutional real estate experience, Michael Provost and Erik Thoreen launched Serpa Partners to create significant value through extensive local knowledge and a deep understanding of institutional real estate investing and asset operations. 

Investment activity is concentrated across the Southwest and Texas, focusing on office, flex / R&D, and industrial assets in specific markets with significant growth potential where substantial local experience and relationships can be leveraged.
